Hickory Creek Campground is located on the Elm Fork of Trinity River in northern Texas. It’s a great place to enjoy the natural splendors of Lake Lewisville. What’s more, there are 50 miles of untapped natural trails for campers to enjoy.
Hickory Creek Campground is located on several acres of land by Lewisville Lake, and it is nearby several public beaches, walking trails, and fishing spots. The campsites have water, electric, picnic tables, grills, and fire rings, and guests can enjoy nearby attractions and amenities, including golf courses, boat rentals, and museums. Beyond that, the campground is in close proximity to area shops, restaurants, and indoor attractions.
“We’ve stayed here twice. Once for our daughter’s birthday party and once for our farewell party as we set out in our RV for a year. Both times we had a bunch of guests and the site was more than accommodating. We were right in the water so the kids could swim and splash. The staff is really friendly. The site we were at didn’t have a sewer hookup, but the dump station was in good shape and easy to use.” – Seth, Google review
