We have a family of 6 from a teenager down to 2 year old plus a couple of larger dogs and this holds it all. Double bunk-beds, king size bed with a NEW and actually comfortable mattress with privacy door. Table converts to bed and theater seating in front of the TV and nice fireplace. Double A/C units, 2 entrances, 2 large batteries with inverter and double propane tanks.
