Glamping in New York

Glamping

If there was ever a state made for luxury camping, it is New York. Millions of visitors enter New York City every year while millions more who are New York inhabitants struggle to get out for a week or two and find some reprieve from the everyday grind of work in “The Big Apple.” Glamping, a mixture of rustic and luxurious camping, is the answer for many people seeking rest and recuperation through Mother Nature. This urge for relaxation has increased pressure for more and better RV campgrounds and resorts to satisfy the intense hunger for glamping in New York. Consequently, there are more luxury camping sites in the remote areas along the Finger Lakes, in western New York, in the Adirondacks, in the Catskills, and along large rivers like the Hudson than there are near densely populated areas like New York City.
