Eagle Bluff Lighthouse – The Eagle Bluff Lighthouse is a lighthouse from the 1860s located within the park. It’s now a museum, along with the former light keeper’s home, with tours offered and beautiful views. Keep in mind park admission and a small fee is required for to enter and for tours.
Nature Center – The White Cedar Nature Center is worth a visit, even in the wintertime! Visitors can enjoy public natural history education programs which include hikes, campfire talks and nature crafts, all available year-round. The building, which dates to 1939, also features mounted animal displays, historic items and photos and a diorama of the park.
Trails – There are a wide variety of trails for many activities within Peninsula State Park. Visitors can enjoy hiking, running, mountain biking, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing. Trails range from easy to difficult, so there’s a trail for everyone to enjoy!
One of the most unique parts of the state park, the Eagle Trail is a difficult trail with 150-foot cliffs, springs, steep rocky sections. The 2-mile trek is worth it with stunning views of the park and the water from the Eagle Panorama.
Peninsula Golf Course – One of the most scenic golf courses in the state, the Peninsula Golf Course is an 18-hole golf course right on the grounds of the state park.
