- No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV. Evidence of smoking, vaping, or strong odors may result in additional cleaning charges.
- Return the RV with fuel at the departure level and black/gray tanks emptied unless a prepaid service has been arranged. Excess cleaning, dumping, or refueling may be charged.
- Awning must be retracted whenever the RV is unattended and during wind, rain, or storms. Renter is responsible for damage caused by improper awning use.
- No towing trailers or vehicles without prior written approval. No off-road driving, unimproved roads, or driving anywhere the RV may not safely fit.
- No roof access. Do not climb the rear ladder or place anything on the roof. Contact the owner if there is any issue involving the roof or exterior equipment.
