- Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the camper. No illegal drugs or illegal activities. No fireworks inside or immediately around the camper. No climbing on the roof. No unauthorized modifications
- Renter must be at least 25 years old and provide a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Only approved drivers may tow or operate the camper.
- Camper must be returned in the same general condition in which it was received. Dishes & cookware must be cleaned and put away Trash must be removed Extra cleaning will result additional charges.
- Renter is responsible for damage caused during the rental period. This includes damage caused by occupants, guests, pets, negligence, misuse, accidents, or failure to properly secure the camper.
- Only RV-safe toilet paper should be used. No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, grease, food, or inappropriate materials may be put down the drains or toilet. Black & gray tanks must be empty
