Free Bird was the perfect vehicle for my husband and I to take to the mountains. It started with the great communication. John was fabulous answering all my questions of a first time rv'er. When we arrived, he patiently explained all systems quickly and effectively. When I expressed my concern about not having a microwave - he went and purchased a microwave for the van.
