- No towing allowed. Any hitched trailer constitutes a Combo Vehicle over 10,000lbs GVW. CDL Drivers may inquire for special exception. A bumper hitch tray or box for storage is allowed.
- Always retract The Awning in during windstorms or whenever it will be left unattended. Always put your High Side Slide Out 1st if not parked exactly level. Then always take the Low Side Slide In 1st.
- No tissue, sanitary napkins, paper towels, or foreign objects of any kind into the toilet to be the flushed. Can cause great difficulties for even the best RVers, or an expensive mess for yourself.
- Place all bathroom tissues, napkins, paper towels and any other foreign objects into the Provided Auto-Lid Bathroom Trash Container. Do Not Flush Them. RV Black Tanks need to be kept free flowing!
- CONSERVE YOUR FRESH WATER WHEN BOONDOCKING while without a fresh water source for filling up. Add soapy water from The Provided Jugs to the toilet before use instead of using your fresh water!

RV shall be swept clean upon return and made ready for inside light sanitation wipe down and light floor mopping. Outside of the Coach should be returned needing only a light pressure wash down and rinse. A $150.00 Cleaning Fee is otherwise the applicable option.
