- Strictly NO Smoking or Vaping: This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free trailer. Smoking or vaping of any substance (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.) is absolutely prohibited inside.
- Festival & Gathering Notice: We maintain a very strict, zero-tolerance policy regarding Burning Man and unapproved desert festivals. The trailer is equipped with a cellular tracking device.
- Cats are Strictly Prohibited: Due to a severe family allergy, this is a cat-free, allergy-friendly trailer. (Well-behaved dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval).
- Black and gray tank must be returned empty or $150 fee applies. Propane tanks returned full or $50 fee + cost of propane. If returned with mud, stains, or excessive trash will result in $150 fee.
- No roof access. Racks, towing behind the trailer or other attachments to the exterior of the vehicle is prohibited. Renter responsible for tolls, tickets, or impound fees while in possession.
