- Minimum renter age of 25
- Smoking, vaping, or cannabis use inside the RV is strictly prohibited. A $1,000 cleaning fee is charged to the deposit if smoke odor/residue is detected.
- No ladder or roof access allowed. Renters assume safety risks and 100% financial liability for roof damage.
- Retract awning in 10+mph wind, rain, or if away. Renter pays 100% of all awning damages ($3,000+ average).
- The black and grey tanks must be completely dumped and flushed before dropping off the RV. A $150 waste dumping fee will be assessed if the tanks are returned full or dirty.
- Return fuel/propane full. Short returns incur a $100 fee plus fuel/propane costs. Renter pays all tolls, tickets, and off-road/beach damage to the vehicle.
