Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Minimum renter age of 25
- NO SMOKING is permitted inside the RV. If there is evidence of smoking there will be a $250 fee deducted from the security deposit.
- NO DEEP FRYING inside the camper.
- When the RV is picked up and the driver has to wait longer than 30 minutes there will be a $50 late fee for every 30 minutes thereafter.
- RV will be inspected, sanitized, and cleaned before your arrival. If a significant cleaning is required, an additional $125 will be deducted from your security deposit.
- Renter is responsible for campsite reservations and making sure the site can accommodate the total length and height of the trailer.
