- No smoking or illegal activity in the RV. Climbing on the roof is prohibited. Smoking evidence may result in up to a $750 cleaning and disinfecting fee.
- Return the RV clean and septic tanks emptied if towing or driving. Extra cleaning, dumping, or late/early pickup and return fees may apply if needed.
- Drivers must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license. All renters are required to purchase an approved insurance coverage option.
- Drivable RV rentals include limited free mileage. Any mileage exceeding the contracted amount will be charged at the agreed per-mile rate.
- Burning Man travel is strictly prohibited because insurance does not cover the vehicle at that event. Early returns are non-refundable under all circumstances.
