Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No Climbing on camper roof! Strictly Prohibited. Owners also keep a boat trailer on property. Climbing, moving or altering the trailer is prohibited. No smoking inside camper.
- Do not turn on water pump or propane water heater. Camper is connected to city water and water heater is operating in electric mode. Do not alter slides, stabilizers, or tongue jack.
- Toilets, Human waste and toilet paper only. No feminine products, cigarette butts, or anything other than human waste is allowed in toilets/septic system.
- No pets allowed. Service Dogs welcome free of charge. Please notify us if you bring a service dog.
- Check in 4pm CST. Check out 10am CST. Extinguish any fires in fire pit before departure. Use normal outdoor caution when exploring the property. Wildlife such as insects or snakes may be present.
