- This is a SMOKE FREE unit. Any evidence of smoking inside will automatically forfeit entire deposit.
- Absolutely NO standing or sitting on top of the RV or the awning. Please retract awning at night to avoid wind damage. Thank you!
- Gray water and sewage to be dumped by the renter before return. Failure to do so will result in a $150 fee for owners to dump.
- Lost key/remotes fee is $100.
- Unit must be returned fully cleaned, garbage emptied, showers & toilet cleaned, floors swept. Please return in condition you received to avoid a $100 or partial fee. Thank you!

We require that FITTED sheets are used on the mattresses, conversion sleeping surfaces and on bunk beds. You can bring your own or rent the linens from us. Full-size sheets work on conversion dinette and couch. The master bed is a queen size and the 4 bunks use twin size sheets. ...

Great camper for our family. Nice family, very responsive, and helpful.
RV was exactly as presented and the owners were very responsive to questions. They are renting multiple RVs and their approach is more business like than other I have rented from in the past. They want happy customers and were very attentive to the little hiccups that come along with the first rental of the season.
Everything about this was perfect - camper was spotless and beautiful, the interior touches were incredible, felt like home away from home. Chase was excellent communicator and so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be renting again next year!! Highly recommend! ⭐️
