The unit is as advertised in layout. Pickup was good, details on how to hook up were explained well. We did have an issue with the jack motor, it worked when we picked it up, but not when we dropped off. We knew what to do, as was explained,but for some reason the battery was low charge. Recommend a 4way lug nut wrench be available as the one there is difficult to use.
