- TANK DUMPING REQUIRED: We ask that both the black and gray water tanks are dumped before returning the trailer. Instructions and additional dumping sites will be provided.
- The sum of the cleaning fee is $0 if returned clean or $150 if not returned dirty. If the optional toilet is used please make sure to wipe down and disinfect the entire surface before packing up.
- WINTER CAMPING: We love winter camping! Please note that the trailer is winterized from October 30th to March 30th meaning water cannot be put into the holding tank.
- Pets are permitted IF AUTHORIZED in advance of the rental and PET FEE paid up front. If there is evidence of a pet, you will be subject to a cleaning charge of $150.
- Smoking/vaping is NOT permitted in the trailer. Minimum cleaning fee's are $450 if the trailer was smoked in.
