- Betty may be taken on maintained county dirt and gravel roads. It is strictly prohibited from being taken on extreme 4x4 trails, rock-crawling routes, or unmaintained roads requiring extreme clearance
- The RV may not be taken to music festivals or large-scale outdoor events unless explicitly approved by the Owner in writing prior to the trip.
- Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any substance is allowed inside the RV. Detection of smoke odor upon return will result in a minimum $250 deep-cleaning fee deducted from the security deposit.
- Dogs are welcome! A battery-powered vacuum is provided in the trailer. The Renter agrees to thoroughly sweep the RV for pet hair prior to return. Excessive pet mess or damage will be deducted from the
