- Rule 1 – Toilet RV-safe TP only. No wipes, hygiene products, or paper towels. Violations result in a $250 cleaning fee.
- Rule 2 – Holding Tanks Dump before return. Tanks must stay under 75%. Failure to dump incurs a $75 fee.
- Rule 3 – No Smoking / Pets No smoking or vaping inside. Pets require prior approval. Violations forfeit your deposit.
- Rule 4 – Fuel Return with the same fuel level. Shortages billed at market rate plus a $25 service fee.
- Rule 5 – Damage Report all damage within 2 hours. Unreported damage and misuse are billed to the renter.
