Owners respond very fast to any questions and did a thorough walk through and explained how everything worked. They were able to help set it up for our specific trip which saved us time. The van is AMAZING! It is immaculate and well stocked. Driving it could not be easier, for a vehicle this size the ride is outstanding and it is so easy to park anywhere.
