- Tow Vehicle Requirements Nest is a lightweight trailer (~3,750 lbs dry) but renters must have a vehicle rated to tow at least 5,000 lbs with a 2" hitch receiver. A brake controller is required.
- Cleaning & Return Condition Please return the trailer in reasonably clean condition, including removing trash, washing dishes, and wiping surfaces. Grey and black tanks must be emptied.
- No Smoking / No Pets No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. No pets allowed. Evidence of smoking or pets will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
- Travel Restrictions No Burning Man, off-road use, or unpaved desert events unless approved in advance. Please follow campground quiet hours and generator usage rules.
