Very pleasant experience. Communication with Rich was excellent which was key for a camping rookie like myself. When i booked he responded immediately and i literally picked up the unit within hours. He went over the camper with me and showed me how to use all the controls and told me he would be availble by phone or text if i had an issue and i was off.
