Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Minimum renter age of 25
- NO SMOKING is permitted inside the RV. If there is evidence of smoking there will be a $250 fee deducted from the security deposit.
- RV will be inspected, sanitized, and cleaned before your arrival. This is a mandatory $100 fee. We ask that the unit be returned in the same general condition that you received it.
- If a significant cleaning is required, an additional $125 will be deducted from your deposit.
- When the RV is picked up and the driver has to wait longer than 30 minutes there will be a $50 late fee for every 30 minutes thereafter. Owner is NOT responsible for any personal items left behind.
