Clean and sanitize unit before each rental. This includes all surfaces, outside, and all tanks. We wash, clean, sanitize and air scrub the entire unit top to bottom for your stay!

Septic Dump Fee - $75

Why are our tanks so clean and smell so nice? We dump, triple (3) rinse, cleanse, sanitize, and treat all black and grey tanks so you don't have to!

Protection Package - $65 /night

This protects the RV from any liability due to damage both while driving and while stationary (parked).

RV Tech Support Fee - $9 /night

Scan the label on your microwave and find answers to any question you may have about the RV and how it works. This is also how you will have access to roadside assistance during your trip should the need arise.

Optional Upgrades

Early check-in (pickup) or Check-out (dropoff) - $50

Early Check-in/ Late Check- out. Available on a case by case basis only. Add up to an hour early check-in (2:00 pm) OR late check-out (12:00 pm).

Pet Fee - $100

Pet fee. Max of 2. This includes a dedicated bed for each pet. Fee also includes extra cleaning for pets to ensure future renters receive a fully clean and sanitized RV! Please do not allow pets on beds or furniture. Thank you for your consideration!

MCO/ DAB Airport pickup/dropoff - $250

This covers airport pickup and drop off from Daytona Beach International (DAB) OR Orlando International Airport (MCO). Arrival times must coincide with check-in and check-out times or make suitable arrangements to extend or reduce the times as necessary.

Very bad experience. RV was essentially non livable. It started leaking badly and flooded the whole campground. Hot water did not work. Toilet literally broke. Vacuum system for toilets was broken. Whole RV smelled like urine. Nothing worked - a TV was non functional and would not turn off. Someone had to sleep next to the TV while it was on. Furnace/fireplace did not turn on.
