- No smoking inside the RV—violations will result in up to a $750 cleaning fee.
- Return the RV clean or additional cleaning fees will apply. Early/late pick-up or drop-off is possible but may incur extra fees if time is available.
- Dump septic tanks and please return camper or RV swept, dishes washed and put away, garbage removed and counters wiped down. If there is more than 30 mins of extra cleaning required, we may charge you
- Drivers must be 25+ with a valid license. No refunds for early returns.

Highly recommend!! Such a great experience from start to finish. This was my very first time renting and driving an RV. Ricky was so incredibly helpful and thorough. He walked me through and around the RV and gave me every detail I would ever need to know, plus countless helpful tips and tricks.
