We take care of everything and will do a walk-through on how everything works and the amenities that are included. At the end of the trip, we will take care of the complete tear down and storage of all items as well as dumping all tanks.

Hey, we are Jon and Ashley. We started our camping adventures in 2020 and have loved making memories with our beautiful family. This RV has blessed us with so many wonderful adventures, and we hope that we can share it with you to make your own memories. - Smoking is strictly prohibited $1500 + charge if the smell of smoke is detected, including pipes, vapes, cigars, drugs etc...
- Do not attempt to move the camper once it has been delivered and set up
- Only use the RV toilet paper that is provided. Do not flush napkins, wipes, tampons or anything else in the toilet.
- The awning must be retracted when you are not outside the camper especially at bedtime, leaving the camper, or during high winds/storms
- Should any damage occur because of your pet you are responsible for costs related to damage including urine or waste stains, claw/scratch/chew marks/damage to furniture.

I highly recommend this RV and its owners, the listing was spot on, they communicated with us very well with all our questions. They delivered right on time. The rv was fully furnished and even provided snacks and July 4th decorations! It was like being in a 5 star hotel but on wheels. They even came back the next day to help with the awning which was stuck.
