- Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $750 fee applies if evidence is found. Treat the RV with care-no illegal activity or climbing on the roof.
- Early/late pick-up or drop-off is possible but may incur extra fees if time is available.
- Dump septic tanks and please return camper or RV swept, dishes washed and put away, garbage removed and counters wiped down. If there is more than 30 mins of extra cleaning required, we may charge you
- Drivers must be 25+ with a valid license. No refunds for early returns.

This was a great rental. Ricky and Natasha were very easy to work with. Communication was always quick and was easy. They delivered and set up, making the entire process very easy for us as renters. The unit was in great condition and was very clean and impressively well maintained. Would absolutely rent from them again, thank you both!
