- This camper is delivery only. Not allowed to move camper once we have delivered and set it up for you. We do not allow anyone else to hook up to or pull this camper.
- There will be a dump fee of $75 if there is no sewer hook up at campsite. Only RV toilet paper may be used. No household paper is allowed.
- NO Smoking! (Evidence of smoking will incur up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect.)
- Renter must be present at drop off and pick up. A check of form will be signed by both parties at drop off and pick up. If renter is not present at pick up, a $500 abandonment fee will be assessed.
- No outside grilles within 25 feet of camper.
