The unit came with everything detailed on the listing, I was hoping it had an outdoor carpet and a couple outdoor chairs. I am sure if I had asked, they would have provided.

- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Avoid extra cleaning fees $200.00 by leaving the trailer like we delivered it. Wash all dishes used and leave in the drying rack. Remove all trash.
- Festivals are approved upon owners approval.
- No smoking of any kind. This includes vaping. 200.00 charge will be charged.
