Very clean and comfortable. Zach was helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.
Owner is very hands off, sends you a video with not much useful information and you pickup without him being there. No additional information as to how to empty tanks. We thought we did, but only ended up doing one since we didn’t know what we were doing and then got charge $50 for dump.
Thank you for the feedback—I’m sorry to hear the experience didn’t meet your expectations. We offer contactless pickup and return by default, but are always happy to coordinate delivery when requested and scheduling allows. All return expectations, including cleaning and tank dumping, are posted inside the trailer door.
