Central vacuum system. Dinning area turns into bed as well as couch. 2 bunk beds and bathroom with shower in the back.

Super nice owner. RV was delivered and setup but pickup is an option. Clean RV that has been lightly used. Everything works. It’s pretty barebones as far as amenities but owner is clear about this in advance. Would definitely recommend.

No need to worry about towing to and from, cleaning up, or making a camp site reservation(included). This spot is 50’ from the sandy beach and water. Boat launch is in the campground. Dam site marina is directly across the lake. Great place to play on the water and cliff jump. Heber Springs is 8 minutes away.
$50 Cleaning Fee
I have spot next to the beach and water on Greers Ferry lake. That you can use. It’s our go to spot. I can tow set up/take down. Saves you a lot of hassle.
