Horrible experience — do not rent from these owners or from RVshare.
We rented this RV for over a week for Burning Man, with the owners fully aware of the destination and conditions. On top of the rental, we paid $500 for cleaning and $1,200 for RVshare insurance, and returned the RV in great condition we even cleaned it beyond what was expected and at return the owner was happy with it.
As the owner we apologize for whatever RV share charged we reported honestly our findings no exaggeration we also have before and after pictures . All we wanted was the insurance to cover the damages we discovered and our 3 skillets that disappeared.
Howard and his wife was just great wonderful people to meet very kind and courteous. I will definitely will be renting through them again and telling my friends to do the same.
