This was our first time renting and the entire process was easy. Jason was friendly and took the time to explain everything. He made it easy.
Jason is an outstanding individual to work with. Weeks prior to the trip we had booked, he had communicated details clearly and asked questions that I wouldn't have thought of asking before hand. Any time I had questions or just general conversation, he was always quick to respond to anything brought up. I highly recommend anyone to rent through Jason anytime that they need an RV for any trip.
