- Return Clean and Fueled: Return the van clean (vacuumed, surfaces wiped, trash removed, tanks emptied) with full diesel and propane tanks ($50 labor + cost if not, $250+ cleaning fee).
- Comply with Laws: No illegal activities or commercial use. Follow local, state (Colorado), and federal laws, including campground rules. No subletting or unauthorized use.
