Rental Rules

- As the RV is 43' in length. It is available for delivery/pickup only and cannot be towed or moved by the renter.
- We will prioritize campgrounds offering full hookups exclusively. Dry dock camping will require prior approval and use of generator and onboard water and storage tanks. Additional fees will apply.
- We prefer awnings not being utilized during the rental period without prior authorization. Regardless of approval, any damage incurred will incur additional charges.
- Any misuse or improper care of all RV-supplied items, including but not limited to all RV contents, fixtures, furniture, and appliances, will result in a cleaning, repair or replacement fees.
- Large gatherings or parties inside the RV are strictly prohibited. Smoking or vaping inside the RV is not allowed. Additionally, no illegal substances are permitted inside the camper at any time.

The RV was great. Lee is a great host and very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely use this unit and host again.
Lee is awesome! He is quick to respond and super accommodating with any questions or requests you might have. So is the rig! It is fully stocked with anything you might need. I have now worked with him twice, and no complaints with either trip. I will definitely do so again when I'm back up that way. Thanks Lee! 5-star for sure!
If I could leave a 10 Star, I would. We have rented many RVs in the US and in Europe, we also own a similar one. By far the best experience. Very clean, very well equipped, very very well maintained, and a super responsive caring honest owner. He delivered ahead of time and was super accommodating. His rate was excellent relative to the service provided and quality of his rig.
Lee is a great guy that went out of his way to help out.
Definitely will rent again from him if I can!
