My husband and I were first-time RV renters, and we had a great experience renting from James. He answered questions promptly ahead of our rental, and once we arrived, he patiently walked us through everything and troubleshooted our hitch connection when our vehicle was lower to the ground than most. The RV is well equipped with dishes, cooking supplies, and cleaning supplies.
