He is very easy going. Super reasonable price.
I actually damaged one of the jack stand and lost a small part. But he just took care of the damage. He says he is doing this as a hobby after retirement because he loved RV camping. I can tell he was trying to let us have a good RV experience.
We had a great experience renting from Jim. We are newbies and he took the time to walk us through the RV and explained all of the details. Everything went smoothly and we had a great time.
