Katherine was amazing to work with. She was helpful, provided clear and consistent communication, and was flexible with whatever request we asked of her. The RV was exactly as described and everything worked as expected. It is clear that Katherine takes a great deal of pride in making the experience and the RV as easy and comfortable as possible. Katherine went above and beyond expectations.
I couldn't ask for better renters! Great communication, considerate and an absolutes pleasure to work with. They can rent from me anytime and I look forward to seeing them again!
Although I am late posting this review. I want anyone and everyone to know that Katherine was Simply Amazing from start to finish and in-between. Driving from Las Vegas to Arkansas was enjoyable. We wanted the experience of traveling across country with our kid and grandkids in a more comfort fit other than car and or Minivan, lets just say they where shocked when we pulled up..
My friends and I rented the Lucky Lady for EDC this year and had an amazing experience. Katherine was very accommodating with everything, for which we are extremely grateful. She was a wonderful host/owner, making sure the RV was fully stocked and felt homey.
