Had the perfect floor plan for what we needed for this little get away! Mrs Jessica was very friendly and answered all the questions asked before the trip and the communication before and during our trip was great! Also a huge bonus for us since we were coming from 8 hours away...
Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Supplemental Agreement (SRA) will be sent to you after booking confirmation. The SRA will need to be read, initialed, signed and returned before your rental start date.
- Pets are prohibited. Camper is not to be powered with a standard extension cord. Surge protector and water pressure regulator will be provided and MUST be used at all times.
- If any of the above rules are violated unfortunately, will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit or part of the security deposit based on the total amount due.
- ****This unit cannot be towed with a 1/2 ton pick up without air bags. The unit will not be released to the renter and the rental fees will not be returned.****
**Please note that a Supplemental Rental Agreement will be sent to you after the booking is confirmed.
