- - All tanks must be flushed upon drop off. Delivery/pick up opt. must have the septic add on and sewer hook up must be on site. If no on site sewer is avail. an addt'l $150 dump fee will be added.
- - Propane tanks must be refilled prior to return of Travel Trailer. If you would like us to replace them for you, you must add the propane refill prepayment add on to the rental.
- -No cats, puppies (under 1 year), or any animal that requires bedding (shavings) or litter.
- -The travel trailer must be hooked up to outlet/generator and water supply with the supplied surge protector and water pressure regulator.
- -If any of the above rules are violated unfortunately, will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit or part of the security deposit based on the total amount due.
