- *Excess Cleaning Fee--in the event that cleaning needs to be done above and beyond what would be considered reasonable and customary.
- *Refueling Fee--If the RV is not returned with a full tank, then this fee would be added at a 20% premium of current fuel rates.
- *Dumping Fee--If not previously agreed upon, and the tanks are not dumped upon return, the fee would be $75.
- *Smoking Fee--If RV is smoked in, there is a minimum $650 cleaning fee. (NO SMOKING is allowed in the RV)

The RV is practical and beautiful! The owner is a real gentleman! His communication was immediate on demand. We had small issues at the campground and he responded and solved the problem within minutes. He dropped off the RV and picked it up and explained everything thoroughly! He really knows every last detail. I would definitely recommend this RV.
