This was for our honeymoon and our first RV rental in the USA, we have now received a refund of part of the rental cost, however the whole experience was absolutely terrible, dirty and stained, seating, mattress, cupboards, broken catches on many doors and drawers, broken main slider which meant for 13 of the 14 nights we couldn't use it , unhelpful owner who when we telephoned him on the second d
Simon, why would tou literally lie about what happened? 3 draw latches don't hold....the same three from previous renters and they said nothing. ( everything i am about to share, i have in text messages. And will share those texts with anyone that wants to see them.)
The biggest issue was that the slide broke on their second day.
Patrick was great to communicate with and the RV was well represented in pictures and description.

Now this is my first time ever driving or being in an RV and I had the best experience! Patrick taught me all the logistics and how everything worked. He was on the phone at any time and helped me through anything, I didn't want to mess up. He delivered with care , was very patient, professional and personable.
Our experience was awesome! First and foremost Patrick was phenomenal with communication before and during our trip. We had questions going into the process and he helped us feel prepared. We opted for delivery and Patrick brought the RV directly to our home and gave us a full run down on absolutely everything we needed to know.
