- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Black/gray water tanks must be emptied before return or 75$ fee will be deducted from deposit
- Awning is allowed to be used we just ask to retract it when there is heavy winds to avoid damage to awning
- No pets allowed inside camper if we find pet hair or damaged furniture due to pets chewing or scratching damages will be deducted from security deposit
- No climbing on roof of camper thanks
- NO SMOKING INSIDE OF CAMPER PLEASE. IF SIGNS OF SMOKING INSIDE OF CAMPER PRESENT THERE WILL BE DEDUCTIONS FROM SECURITY DEPOSIT HELD.
