- Black and gray tanks need to be emptied before returned. If they are not, emptying fee of $100.00 will be charged.
- Awning needs to be retracted with winds above 15mph
- Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the travel trailer. If it is found that smoking had occurred in the trailer a $300 sanitizing and fumigating fee will be applied.
