Do not rent from Shelisa. At first I thought this was going to be a fairly smooth rental experience. I was completely wrong. We booked a 6 day rental for a trip to Tennessee. When I initially made the reservation for the trip Shelisa was very responsive to my messages through the RV share app. we aren’t communicating everyday so I don’t expect someone to always respond quickly.
This was our first time renting an RV and it was a great experience! We had a ton of fun and loved being able to be all together in the RV on comfortable seats. Lisa was extremely responsive and professional, she answered all my questions and helped me navigate the whole booking experience. I would absolutely rent from her again if we were planning another trip.

Was our 1st Rv rental. rv was just ok. It got us from point a to point b. It was clean, my kids loved it.
The were two issues we had with Rv one was water came on during rain and 2nd the ac didn't work very well.
We definitely learned a lot !

I'm glad the kids loved it :-) We appreciate you bringing to our attention that the stove vent started leaking halfway through your trip; your prompt communication allowed us to promptly reseal the vent when you returned from your vacation. We will also be replacing the blower motor on the front A/C since it has stopped blowing out as strongly as it should. Thanks again!
