Nice RV, had what we needed, ran and drove solid, kept us warm at night. Has a battery that seems to last forever, so we really didn't need the generator. Solid communication and good pickup experience.
Joe was friendly and super easy to communicate with from start to finish. He took the time to walk through the RV with us before we took over to ensure we were comfortable before departure. The RV was clean and was fully stocked.
We had some (mechanical) issues during our trip, but he was incredibly responsive, apologetic, and ready to pick up the costs where needed (we were cross country).
