Rental Rules
- No pets

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Before checking out, please sweep the floor, wipe down the counters, wash and put away dishes, and remove your trash. If these requirements are not met an additional cleaning fee of $200.00 may apply.
- LATE FEE: A $100 late fee will be applied if the renter arrives 30 minutes or more after scheduled delivery time.
- A $500.00 SMOKING/PET fee will be assessed if any evidence of smoking or pet presence is found.
- Interior Damage Protection Plan is requested to insure your security deposit is returned if any damage occurs inside the unit.

DB Family Rentals will deliver trailers to delivery locations up to 2 miles off any main road as long as it is maintained.

We had a great experience with our RV rental! The RV was fully set up when we arrived—all we had to do was bring our food and personal items. Everything was perfect! The unit was clean, new, and easy to use. When we had questions, Marc was quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely rent from him again!

This was our first time renting an RV and Marc made it super easy. He communicated well before the drop-off, arrived on time, set everything up for us, and walked through the trailer and made sure we knew how to use everything. He remained available and communicative throughout our stay. When we had questions he answered the phone and was responsive and helpful.
