Rules and Policies
Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Use of the awning is strongly discouraged. This is one of the easiest and most expensive items to break/repair and you will be responsible for the cost. a 10x10 canopy will be provided.
- Access to the roof is not allowed. Any indication of activity on the roof will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit.
- Do not flush anything other than human waste and RV toilet paper (provided) down the toilet. Any clogs due to misuse will result in a $500 fee.
- Do not drive the trailer down any unimproved roads. Extremely bumpy/uneven roads can cause serious damage to components. Smooth gravel/dirt campground roads are ok.
- Your tow vehicle must be equipped with a 7-pin connector and have a trailer brake controller to ensure the safety of you, others on the road, and the trailer.
Worry-free Services
The RV will be parked in an offshoot of our driveway in a VERY quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac in SW Bend. A parking space in the driveway will also be provided. Electrical and water hookup is supplied, but sewer is not so water conservation is necessary to avoid an unexpected need to dump the tanks. Not recommended for more than a few nights, especially if several people will be in the trailer since the tanks can fill up quite quickly with frequent use.
As with any rental, please return the trailer in the condition it was rented. Surfaces should be wiped down, and floor swept.
