It was a great and enjoyable experience renting the RV from Marcus.
I didn’t see the 100 miles per day limits before renting anywhere in the ads at the beginning and the owner mentioned nothing when I texted the destinations and estimated mileage. Towards the end the bill comes back with a big surprise.
The ads said the RV sleeps 10 people, but the dining table was reinstalled and cannot turn into a bed.
Renter is being unreasonable and unfair here.
1. Renter didn't read the rule regarding the 100 mile limit per day which is very standard in the RV industry and never asked us any question regarding milage overage, and now proceeds to blame us.
2. RV does sleep 10 people as per manufactures manual. Dining table works just fine and was never modified. Easy to set up as a bed.
Marcus was very easy to work with and was available to us if needed during our trip. The RV was very clean and everything operated as expected.

He gave us a walk through on how to operate things, and while we didn’t need him, he was available for any questions. The pickup location was easy to find as well.
