- Please no smoking or vaping. Some guests will notice and unfortunately smoking and vaping odors are not easy to remedy. A $500 extra cleaning and damage fine will be imposed if evidence is found.
- Please be sure to return RV in same condition as it was rented with same fuel level and tanks emptied. Additional fees will be applied if not done: $150 refueling, $100 dumping
- A well trained dog is allowed with a pet fee.

- The cleaning fee is for washing the RV, laundry and sanitation only. Please bring the RV back cleaned out, swept and in good order. We reserve the right to charge for extra cleaning needs.
