Our 23 foot spacious camper with room for 6 can remain on our property for your convenience. Located on our 3 acres of land, you’ll be able to utilize all of its modern conveniences, including the shower and toilet, both sinks, and of course air conditioning or heat. Situated on a clearing on our property, most likely our paths would not cross. Please keep in mind that we live at the location full-time but welcome short-term stays in our camper. We are 8 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway.

The RV was delivered and set up by the owner as we requested. We found it to be very clean. However, the RV was a little too small for our liking, but it served the purpose for the weekend. We are used to a 31 ft. RV so we will rent a larger one in the future. We had excellent and timely communication with the owners and would highly recommend this one if you don't require the extra room.
