Anthony is the MOST helpful and friendly guy. He provided a very detailed description/walk-through of both interior and exterior of the trailer. We were very comfortable with all the systems prior to our departure. He also was in communication with us via texts, asked how we were doing, any issues, etc. The trailer is loaded!

Tony was super easy to deal with, easy pick up and delivery, rv was well equipped he checked on us to make sure everything worked. Ive towed a lot over the last 15 years and this unit tracks well with a Ram 1500 nothing heavier needed. The brakes when adjusted for the wt. worked perfectly, we cook a lot and it has sufficient space to do that.

This camper is very new, so everything is in great condition. Anthony was kind to explain the features during pickup. We planned to camp 3 nights, without hookups, so the generator was helpful. However, we faced issues with the batteries not keeping a charge through the night (8 hr), so the heat stopped working, which was not ideal with a 2yo child.
Hey Ryan, I really appreciate the feedback on your camping trip. I do take the little hiccups with the camper seriously and have adjusted the main culprit, which were the batteries. I have replaced them with an amazing 200 AH lithium-iron RV battery. It works super well and the Solar Panel keeps the battery topped off completely.
